Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, processing times may take slightly longer, but we will always communicate delays.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on the delivery address.
Outlying or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Shipping Cost
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Any free-delivery promotions will be clearly displayed when applicable.
Delivery Issues
ABSOLUT Delicious cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.
If your parcel is late or missing, contact us — we will assist in locating or resolving the issue.
Updating Delivery Details
You may request changes to your delivery address within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has shipped, no changes can be made.
Food Items are Non-Refundable
Because our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours and include clear photos.
We will offer either:

depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Allergy & Ingredient Disclaimer
Our products contain oats, chia seeds, nuts, dried fruits, and other natural ingredients.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients before purchasing.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
